\n+ Prepares and carries out treatment plans that adhere to all policy and procedures of facility and department. Maintains accurate and complete records, daily scheduling, and billing. Works collaboratively with COTA to delegate and oversee treatments.

\n+ QUALIFICATIONS:

\n+ EDUCATION:

\n+ Minimum:

\n+ Graduate of AOTA approved Occupational Therapy program with successful completion of supervised fieldwork.

\n+ LICENSE:

\n+ Minimum:

\n+ Current or eligible for NYS OTR license
\n
\n+ PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS:

\n+ Minimum:

\n+ BLS certification required through the RQI system during clinical orientation.
\n
\n+ WORK EXPERIENCE:

\n+ Minimum:
\n
\n+ New graduate considered.
\n
\n+ Preferred:

\n+ One to two years experience.

\n+ SKILLS:

\n+ Minimum:

\n+ Must be able to travel to multiple locations on any given day as requested.

\n+ Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and ability to deal with the public in a professional and courteous manner.
