  • Educates patients, family members, and caregivers on proper and safe use of equipment.
  • Minor repair and equipment troubleshooting.
  • Thorough and accurate completion of all paperwork, trip logs, and van inventory checklist.
  • Organizes and maintains equipment according to company policies.

Qualifications

Required

  • Valid state issued driver's license in the state where the employee works.
  • High school diploma.
  • 1 year of delivery/customer service or related experience (preferred).
  • Must have Clean Driving Record and pass Background Check.
  • Must be 21 years of age to meet the coverage requirements of companies auto insurance.

  • Kind and friendly attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized with high attention to detail.
  • Professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Basic mechanical skills.
