- Responsible for identifying needs and training and development for department team members.
- Coordinate activities associated with new product planning and launch.
- Lead troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical/electronic equipment including but not limited to programmable controls, numeral controls, power supplies, drives, gages and test equipment.
Qualifications
Required
- 7+ years of experience in industrial maintenance leadership
Preferred
- Experience with PLCs
- Experience with mechanical maintenance
- Experience with electrical maintenance
