  • Prepare progress reports, expense reports and other related documents.
  • Evaluate system performance and effectiveness to maintain and minimize equipment malfunctions.
  • Maintain technical knowledge of current standards and new developments.
  • Keep associates and customers informed of any industry changes.
  • Develop work force size to efficiently accommodate subscriber-related workloads.
  • Maintain outright sales and advanced service charge recovery margins.
  • Evaluate system performance for cost savings and product improvement.
  • Research and maintain technical knowledge to inform associates and customers of current standards and new developments.

Qualifications

Required

  • Two plus years of management/leadership experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience conducting repairs, inspections and construction of Integrated Security or comparable services.
  • Strong financial acumen, ability to budget and forecast
  • Strong relationship building skills ability to work in a matrix team organization
  • Demonstrated commitment to integrity and quality in business.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and collaborative skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence the market at key levels

Preferred

  • Associate degree or equivalent 2-year electronic trade school training.
  • Experience running a technical force

Service Team Manager

What you will do
