Qualifications

Required

  • 3-5 years of relevant instructional experience.
  • Active Secret clearance.
  • Possess one or more of the following certifications: Navy NEC 9501 I Antiterrorism Training Supervisor, Navy NEC 9502 Instructor, or NEC 9518 Naval Leadership Development Program; or documentation of small arms instruction certification.
  • Current on certifications for all needed weapons of instruction.
  • Ability to pass all physical, psychological and media requirements.
  • Documented completion of 3 semester hours of post-secondary school education in Instructional, Methodology, Training and Development, Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, or related course(s).
  • Certified as a range safety officer
  • Certified to teach CPR/First Aid, AED.
  • Active EMT Certification.

Preferred

  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Ability to interact professionally with government stakeholders.
