Qualifications
Required
- 3-5 years of relevant instructional experience.
- Active Secret clearance.
- Possess one or more of the following certifications: Navy NEC 9501 I Antiterrorism Training Supervisor, Navy NEC 9502 Instructor, or NEC 9518 Naval Leadership Development Program; or documentation of small arms instruction certification.
- Current on certifications for all needed weapons of instruction.
- Ability to pass all physical, psychological and media requirements.
- Documented completion of 3 semester hours of post-secondary school education in Instructional, Methodology, Training and Development, Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, or related course(s).
- Certified as a range safety officer
- Certified to teach CPR/First Aid, AED.
- Active EMT Certification.
Preferred
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Ability to interact professionally with government stakeholders.
