Qualifications
Required
- 2-5 years of maintenance experience in a plastics manufacturing environment.

- Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a bonus.
- Team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
- Technical certification in industrial maintenance or mechanical engineering.
