  • Conduct daily and monthly analysis including full cycle accounts payable, bank account reconciliation, and review of general ledger entries
  • Generate system reports as needed
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as Sales, Loan Processing, and Servicing to ensure accurate and timely transfer of information
  • Engage in effective communication and collaboration with the team on daily activities, special projects, and process improvement initiatives
  • Utilize MS Dynamics 365 Business Central, Intercompany Transaction, Pivot Table, and Microsoft Excel to perform accounting tasks
  • Uphold understanding of financial systems, processes, and internal controls
  • Maintain a positive attitude in a consistently fast-paced environment
  • Manage confidential information responsibly

Qualifications

Required

  • Proficiency in MS Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Experience with Intercompany Transaction
  • Ability to use and manipulate Pivot Tables in decision-making scenarios
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and formulas
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) credentials are preferred
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A minimum of 3 years of accounting experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deep understanding of financial standards and regulations
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Experience with financial software and systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
