**Job Title: Technician**

**Job Description**

Technicians are required to help with foundation waterproofing. Knowledge of spray applied waterproofing, or dimple board application is a plus. Daily job duties include moving materials to and from the worksite, using hand tools and shovels to move dirt and dig trenches. This position is physical but it does not require advanced skills and experience in the trades.

Waterproofing solutions used:

- Dow Styrofoam Board

- HouseGuard Waterproofing System

- Delta MS Foundation Waterproofing Membrane

Pay Ranges:

- $18 - $21 for entry-level experience in the construction field

- $22 - $26 for construction experience, concrete, waterproofing, carpentry

Spring to Fall: Expect 40-45 hours weekly

Winter season: Expect 36-40 hours weekly

Meet at the shop each morning and have the ability to ride in the company vehicle as a passenger to jobsites. Job locations are normally within 30 miles of Dane County, with occasional work towards the west side of Milwaukee.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

**Work Site**

This is a fully on-site position in Dane, Wisconsin.

**Work Environment**

Commercial construction job-sites and new construction that is 100% uninhabited. Will be working outdoors 90% of the time and will need to be accustomed to working in all types of weather conditions.

Typical hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (can start as early as 6:00 AM and stay as late as 5:00 PM if needed)

Report to jobsite; there are times where candidates can meet at the shop or ride-share with someone as well. Prefer candidates open to traveling if needed, as some work occurs between Madison to Milwaukee for certain clients.

Team size: 1-3 people

- Leather boots

- High visibility shirts

- Hard hat

- Safety glasses

- Pants (can be jeans)

Tools: Candidate must provide their own tools and tool belt

PPE: Hard hat, high visibility shirt
