  • Through partnership with other staff organizations, identify areas for improvements, define Key Performance Indicators (KPI) & update training, process standards, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, business, engineering, or a related field and/or 5+ years of related experience
  • Implementation experience in technology-based environments

Preferred

  • Experience leading multiple complex projects in the technology industry.
  • Project Management Professional Certification
  • 6+ years in project management experience

**The Role**

The Project Manager is the primary single point of contact for large-scale projects with significant complexity, unique requirements or that qualify as "Special Projects" within the Mass Markets Planning team. Responsible for planning, organizing, and managing implementation to meet scope, timing, and overall project outcomes. This role participates in and leads the completion of complex solutions.

**Location**

This role has been designated as fully remote, US but the preference is for the Denver metro in area.

**Compensation**

The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.

**$80,510 - $107,340** in these states: AR ID KY LA ME MS NE SC SD

**$84,740 - $112,980** in these states: AL AZ FL GA IA IN KS MO MT ND NM OH OK PA TN UT VT WI WV WY

**$88,980 - $118,630** in these states: CO HI MI MN NC NH NV OR RI

**$93,210 - $124,280** in these states: AK CA CT DC DE IL MA MD NJ NY TX VA WA

As with the pay range variety that's based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications and other business needs.
