- Assess/Manage risk, impacts and potential alternatives and escalate as required to the appropriate level of management.
- Through partnership with other staff organizations, identify areas for improvements, define Key Performance Indicators (KPI) & update training, process standards, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, business, engineering, or a related field and/or 5+ years of related experience
- Implementation experience in technology-based environments
Preferred
- Experience leading multiple complex projects in the technology industry.
- Project Management Professional Certification
- 6+ years in project management experience

**The Role**
The Project Manager is the primary single point of contact for large-scale projects with significant complexity, unique requirements or that qualify as "Special Projects" within the Mass Markets Planning team. **$84,740 - $112,980** in these states: AL AZ FL GA IA IN KS MO MT ND NM OH OK PA TN UT VT WI WV WY

**$93,210 - $124,280** in these states: AK CA CT DC DE IL MA MD NJ NY TX VA WA
