Responsibilities

  • Perform basic inspections on forklifts and performs minor repairs with assistance.
  • Install electrical conduit and components.
  • Perform troubleshooting and maintenance associated with programmable logic controllers, specifically Siemens and FANUC controllers for various CNC equipment.
  • Perform troubleshooting and maintenance on machine shop equipment (lathes and mills) and lasers.
  • Maintain repairs and rebuilds electrical components.
  • Inspect and troubleshoot equipment/machines and makes appropriate repairs.
  • Perform single and multiple phase wiring.
  • Identify variances and report to supervision.
  • Operate forklift and aerial work platforms (boom lift and scissor lift).
  • Coordinate service work with outside technicians.
  • Perform minor repairs to heating/cooling unit.
  • Perform basic electrical work/repairs.

Qualifications

  • Capable of climbing ladders and stairs to access various pieces of equipment to conduct maintenance tasks
