Full Job Description
Shift: Day, 5x8 Hours (08:00 AM - 04:30 PM)
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to triage phone calls and manage patient interactions.
- Proficient in CSLINK/EPIC and experienced with in-basket messaging.
- Familiarity with Outlook and Microsoft Teams for effective communication and scheduling.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience working with patients in surgical and medical weight management, as well as in general surgery, endocrine surgery, and plastic & reconstructive surgery.
Equipment Experience:
- Comfortable using a blood pressure machine and other basic medical equipment.
