Qualifications
Required

- Bachelor’s degree preferred; Child Education background is a plus
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Experience with infants and multiple children
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional, polished demeanor
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work overtime, nights, and weekends
- US work authorization
- Valid passport and driver’s license

- Thursday – Sunday
Hours: 12 hours per day, including overnights
Travel: Occasional domestic and international travel during the contract period
Benefits: Full benefits package available after a 90-day probation period, including health insurance, 401K with employer match, PTO, sick days, overtime pay, and performance-based bonuses.
