The Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for the processing of accounts payable and maintenance of vendor files.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Responsible for processing a high volume of invoices
• Research and resolve problem invoices with appropriate departments
• Act as point of contact for vendor and division inquires, to include preparation of written communications and associated files
• Send monthly reminders to Vendors for updated COI
• Complete daily and weekly check runs
• Complete all other duties as assigned by manager
• Represent the company professionally in all internal and external interactions
• Adhere to company safety standards and help promote a safe working environment

Position Requirements:

• College degree preferred
• Knowledge of MS Office with Intermediate Proficiency in Excel
• Experience in accounts payable required
• Home-building experience a plus
