This is Regular Full Time position.

As a Guest Experience Guide (Front Desk) you will be responsible for:

• Check guests in and out of their rooms

• Assist guests with planning their Wellness Journey classes

• Take reservations on the phone

• Arrange transportation for guests

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous customer service experience required.

• Previous hotel/resort experience a plus, but not required.

• Willing and able to work all shifts including weekends/holidays

• Must have reliable transportation

• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time

Salary Description
