- Ability to multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
- Have the ability to communicate effectively in English or Spanish
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Willing and able to work a flexible schedule
- Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Able to work on feet for several hours and lift potentially heavy objects
