  • Ensure that all Android/Avancez systems are properly used in the production of our product.
  • Enhance the production team performance through training, facilitating, communicating and helping them as needed in order to achieving their safety, quality, attendance and production goals.
  • Always promotes Android/Avancez philosophies and values.
  • Create and maintaining a nice and safe work environment.
  • Support the line Supervisor maintaining a safe and organized production area with clear responsibilities, expectations and deliverables for each direct associate; supporting them with any need on tools, documentation or support to achieve their jobs.
  • Train, audit and ensure the methods are followed by every Team Member following the safety practices and conditions; the goal being zero injuries.
  • Audit and encourage people to follow all production and quality systems at all times.
  • Promote a continuous improvement culture in order to ensure that our customers receive defect free products and that first time through quality is world class.
  • Support the Supervisor on any line or product problem-solving communicating and acting to make appropriate decisions.
  • Responsible for helping the team meet customer expectations and help the team meet daily production targets.
  • Monitor the OSR.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

  • High School diploma.
  • 3+ years' experience in sequencing.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High School diploma.
  • Experience: 3+ years'experience in sequencing.
