  • Manages work requests, customer requests, completed work requests, charges for work performed, expenses for services performed, and other information
  • Updates customers throughout the day on the technician's progress
  • Ensures a quality customer experience by relaying detailed and accurate information to the technicians in the field
  • Maintain and update call logs, call records and other important documentation

Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of dispatching experience
  • Possess a valid driver's license
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Preferred

  • Experience with ServiceTitan or Google Suite software applications

Essential Job Duties:

  • Schedules and dispatches technicians or equipment to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules, customer requests or immediate needs
  • Operates and manages a multi-line telephone system, prioritizing and organizing calls according to urgency
  • Relays information to and from customers, technicians, management, or other interested parties
  • Manages work requests, customer requests, completed work requests, charges for work performed, expenses for services performed, and other information
  • Updates customers throughout the day on the technician's progress
  • Ensures a quality customer experience by relaying detailed and accurate information to the technicians in the field
  • Maintain and update call logs, call records and other important documentation.

  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate ideas related to policies and procedures and provide guidance to management and employees verbally and in writing
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to manage time effectively and efficiently
  • Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision
  • Regular and reliable attendance

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of dispatching experience
  • Possess a valid driver's license
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications (not required):

  • Experience with the following software applications: ServiceTitan or Google Suite

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to operate computer, phone and other office equipment as needed
  • Ability to work effectively using a personal computer for long periods of time
  • Ability to sit/stand at workstation for extended periods of time
  • Ability to read, write, speak, hear, see, think, communicate, concentrate, learn, and work
