Team Overview:

The Clean Energy Transportation (CET) group is focused on accelerating the adoption of clean vehicles in California. CET leads a ~$0.5B portfolio of transportation electrification (TE) programs to increase the adoption of clean vehicles in California as we work to address one of the largest contributors to climate change - and we need a motivated, organized Program Office lead to help us execute on this portfolio. We serve PG&E's customers by deploying electric vehicle programs to increase access to charging infrastructure, reduce total cost of electric vehicle ownership, educating our customers and pursuing innovative R&D on the future of transportation electrification, focused on vehicle-grid-integration.

Position Summary

CET's Program Management Office (PMO) provides operational and financial tracking and oversight of CET's programs, ensuring that these programs serve PG&E's customers safely, reliably, and affordably while enabling achievement of ambitious clean transportation adoption goals.

As IT Supervisor within the PMO team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the Salesforce platform, CET's primary CRM software. You will lead a team of employees committed to Salesforce support and who serve as the primary points of contact between CET's team members and PG&E's IT team. This work includes overseeing system enhancements, new case resolutions, and bug defects.

The successful candidate will also support the deployment of new programs within Salesforce. Through the Supervisor's efforts, the PMO IT team will provide Salesforce solutions that enable CET to successfully deploy its programs and keep growing the clean transportation space.

PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role would land at or near the top half of the range described below, but the decision will be dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

A reasonable salary range is:

Bay Area : $118,000.00

Bay Area : $188,000.00

This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned work location based on business needs. The assigned work location is the PG&E Oakland General Office.
