A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE/SALES MANAGER

The Customer Service/Sales Manager oversees customer service and sales activities across multiple SwimKids locations. This role involves traveling to different locations to ensure that staff members adhere to company standards for customer service, sales performance, and overall client satisfaction. The manager will be responsible for training, coaching, and supervising staff, handling escalated customer issues, and identifying opportunities for increasing sales and customer retention.

WORK SCHEDULE

The Customer Service/Sales Manager position is hiring for either part-time or full-time, up to 40 hours per week, during our regular business hours of Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and occasional Saturday shifts.
