A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE/SALES MANAGERThe Customer Service/Sales Manager
oversees customer service and sales activities across multiple SwimKids locations. This role
involves traveling to different locations to ensure that staff members adhere to company standards for customer service, sales performance, and overall client satisfaction. The manager will be responsible for
training,
coaching, and
supervising staff,
handling escalated customer issues, and
identifying opportunities for increasing sales and customer retention.

QUALIFICATIONS- Proven experience in customer service, sales management, or a similar supervisory role, preferably in the fitness or aquatics industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Ability to travel regularly to different locations and manage a flexible schedule.
- Proficiency in sales analysis, customer service protocols, and staff training.
WORK SCHEDULEThe Customer Service/Sales Manager position is hiring for
either part-time or
full-time,
up to 40 hours per week, during our regular business hours of Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and
occasional Saturday shifts.
