Responsibilities

  • Triage phone requests for Billing and/or Funding mailings and fax documents.
  • Logs Level 2 requests appropriately for assignment and/or completion by appropriate team.
  • Assists with daily paperwork needs associated with Financial Hardship Program, Manufacturer Applications and Patient Billing related documents.
  • Prepares and ships Manufacturer Applications and FHP Applications to Patients via FedEx.
  • Keeps records and documents in patient profiles appropriately after sending FedEx applications.
  • Compile, review and prep all Refund and Write off paperwork for approval and processing.
  • Handles incoming Patient paperwork associated with Financial Hardship programs and Manufacturer applications.
  • Files and maintains accounting records.
  • Performs other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 1 - 2 years in office/administrative setting
  • Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Detail Oriented
  • Strong written and oral communication skills

Preferred

Office Support Assistant

Onco360 has an immediate need for an Office Support Assistant. Onco360 Pharmacy is a unique oncology pharmacy model created to serve the needs of community, oncology and hematology physicians, patients, payers, and manufacturers. Hours will be 9-5:30 M-F.

Office Support Assistant Summary: The Office Support Assistant will support both the Advocacy as well as the Billing departments at the corporate office. The office clerk will be responsible for handling all billing statements and any other miscellaneous paperwork that needs to be sent to a patient. This includes and is not limited to mailing patient/MDO applications for financial assistance.
