  • Implements operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance.

Qualifications

Required

  • Five (5) years experience as a Systems Administrator on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
  • Five (5) years of additional Systems Administrator experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
  • CWIP Certification (IAT Level 1) is required (Security+, etc).
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance.
  • US citizenship is required.

  • Event logging and proven detailed documentation experience
  • Ability to accurately understand and execute scripts
  • Excellent customer service skills

We are seeking a Systems Administrator (SA) who will provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems. Manages IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems. This role will require Nightshift (10 pm to 6 am) work schedule will be Saturday - Wednesday.

Provides support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers. Provides support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remains involved in the resolution process

Configures and manages LINUX, UNIX and Windows operating systems and installs/loads operating system software, troubleshoots, maintains integrity and configures network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance

Position Required Skills:
  • SSH familiarity
  • Event logging and proven detailed documentation experience
  • Ability to accurate understand and execute scripts
  • Excellent customer service skills.

The salary range for this position is based on contracted rates. The position is eligible to participate in our discretionary bonus program.
