  • Must complete NAN McKay FSS testing and obtain required certification within one year from employment start date.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, Social Work or a related field and a minimum of 3 years' experience working in program coordination, program or facility management, or social services. Master's degree preferred.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Ability to learn other computer software programs as required by assigned tasks.
  • Proficiency in website content management and understanding of how to use digital media to enhance agency-wide communication applications.
  • Must have access to 24 hour reliable internet service.
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work, as well as, to get to and from multiple HACP locations based on business needs and assignments.
  • PA Driver's License and use of an automobile during work hours required.
  • Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
  • Employment requires City of Pittsburgh residency.

Full Job Description

Summary

This is a management level position responsible for all aspects of facility and program management. Facilitate collaboration between the HACP, residents, and agencies and organizations serving HACP residents. Collaborate with HACP and private property managers, HACP maintenance staff, HACP Project REAL/Self-sufficiency staff, service providers and resident councils to implement and improve programs.

Incumbent will supervise HACP staff resident relations specialists and provide administrative support. Responsible for monitoring HACP and independent service programs, and for maintaining data and preparing reports on service performance. PA Driver's License and use of an automobile during work hours required. Must be able to work evenings and weekend. Employment requires City of Pittsburgh residency.

Education and/or Experience
