CNAs at SACC provides compassionate and specialized care at our Sub-Acute Care Center (SACC) residents, here we dedicate ourselves to the needs of residents requiring skilled nursing and total dependency care.

Our residents, who may be comatose, dependent on ventilators, tracheostomies, or feeding tubes, receive round-the-clock attention from our highly trained Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Our CNAs work diligently across 12-hour shifts, three times a week, including every other weekend.

CNAs ensure each resident maintains their personal hygiene through showers, bed baths, oral care, and more. They are experts in safely transporting patients, performing lifts and transfers, including to and from a shower gurney. Our team is also rigorously trained in preventative pressure ulcer care, bowel, and bladder training, and adheres strictly to infection control practices like proper hand hygiene and the use of PPE.
