Full Job Description
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - Telemetry 3S
Shift: Nights, 7p-7:30a, 12x3, 36 hrs per week
Length: 13 Weeks
Requirements:
- KY / Compact License
- 2 years of experience
- BLS
- ACLS
- NIHSS required
- Travel experience required
- EPIC experience required
- Electronic Documentation
- Scrubs - Navy Blue
- Medication System Pyxis
- Communication SBAR
- Unit Accepts 1st time Traveler
- Possibility to float to other TCU units
- COVID Vaccine required - will accept medical or religious exemptions
TRAVEL EXP REQUIRED
KY or Compact license
Possibility to float to other TCU units. Each facility is within 10 minutes of each other.
Must be willing to obtain NIHSS before start
BLS ,ACLS,NIHSS required
EPIC Experience REQUIRED
COVID Vaccine required - will accept medical or religious exemptions
Scrubs - Navy Blue
Tattoos/piercings - no nose rings or gauged earrings
Nails - should be less than 1/4" in length; associates in direct client care must have natural fingernails, polish is acceptable
Cafeteria - no cafeteria available, refrigerator and microwave provided on-site
Parking - free in any unrestricted space
