- Adhere to the no tobacco policy.
Qualifications
Required
- Certification in ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, and TNCC.
- State license copy required.
- Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19.
- Government issued photo ID.
- Proof of I9 or Attestation.
- Proof of Everify or Attestation.
- Proof of Residency Declaration Form if working on a compact license.
