Staging steel trusses for the welders to complete. This is the first step of the manufacturing process. A lot of heavy lifting and repetitive movements. Steel may weigh up to 50lbs.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 90 Day(s).
**Work Site**
This is a fully on-site position in Buckeye, Arizona.
**Work Environment**
Manufacture steel trusses for warehouses, office buildings, and commercial buildings. Facility will get to over 100 degrees during the summer. Assembly line manufacturing starting with the Production Assistant assembling trusses, then moves down the line to the Jiggers who will tack weld trusses and final process is the welders who fully weld the trusses. 1st shift is 5:00am - 2:30pm Monday - Thursday, 5:00am - 1:30pm Friday and every other Saturday (Mandatory).
