Hard Skills
+ 8-10+ years' of experience in project management
+ 3-5+ Years expierence in leadership of large teams
+ Experience managing proposals, contracts, and full cycle of project life
+ Ability to manage budgets and communication with client
+ Manufacturing experienced preferred in a AS9100 / ISO 13485 / ISO 9001 environment
+ Experience managing projects from $500k - $1.5 million+
