- Support the Preventative Maintenance (PM) program.
- Understand PLCs and control circuits.
- Assist with system startups and operational checkouts.
- Complete preventative maintenance and other reliability tasks.
Qualifications
Required
- Ability to diagnose, repair, and replace electrical components for manufacturing equipment.
- Knowledge in solving electrical problems involving control wiring and board repairs.
- Ability to read and interpret equipment operation and parts manuals, and electrical schematics.
- Experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and installing low and high voltage industrial electromechanical and control systems.
- Skill in installing, wiring, and maintaining relays, photo-eyes, limit switches, proximity switches, solenoid valves, motors, starters, VFDs, PLC I/O modules, analog control devices, and safety circuits.
- Understanding of PLCs and control circuits.
- Ability to assist with system startups and operational checkouts.
- Experience in completing preventative maintenance and other reliability tasks.

+ **1st Shift** : 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM (Mondays 2:00 AM - 2:00 PM, rotating weekends (Sat/Sun))
