Responsibilities
- Create memorable days for children and yourself, including hands-on activities, fun projects, exclusive workbooks, and more.
- Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child in your classroom.
- Help with meal and snack preparation, feeding children, and modeling table manners.
- Implement our proprietary curriculum to create fun, interactive learning experiences.
- Develop the ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
Qualifications
Required
- Experience working with children
- Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience
- Flexibility as to the hours and schedule of work
- Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children
