  • Conduct planning, analysis, and reporting to ensure Customer Accounting Manager has reliable inventory record information to make effective business decisions in support of Company goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with sales manager and leadership team to accurately forecast equipment and accessory needs.
  • Establish and execute inventory processes and procedures, including Procure to Pay and Order to Cash, to ensure meeting of service levels and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Ensure team possesses knowledge and tools to efficiently process inventory transactions while strictly adhering to internal controls and ensuring company assets are protected and secure.
  • Manage performance of direct reports and ensure development of employees throughout the department.
  • Develop relationships with internal business units and to ensure the Distribution Center is represented in company initiatives and system best practices that meet or exceed vendor and customer needs, while also meeting the Company's goals and objectives.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Five plus years of supervisory experience.
  • Experience in performing analysis on financial transactions and results.
  • Knowledge and experience with Supervision.
  • Knowledge and experience with Inventory.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects with competing and tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking, proactive problem-solving skills, and excellent follow through.
  • Proven demonstration of leadership managing a strong, performance driven team through performance planning, coaching, development, motivation, and knowledge transfer.
  • Ability to proactively develop new efforts to drive innovation and efficiencies through technology and system enhancements related to the vendor and customer experience.
  • Ability to provide leadership and direction relative to inventory processes, internal controls, and compliance related items.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with managers, peers, vendors, and customers.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills within team and Executive management.
  • Excellent team interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work on cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines with minimal supervision.

**DISTRIBUTION CENTER SUPERVISOR**

**JOB SUMMARY:**

This Supervisor position is responsible for directing the overall activities of the Distribution Center by providing leadership and direction in the effective and efficient procurement, receipt, maintenance and distribution of equipment needed to support the attainment of company sales and retention goals, and OPCO communication needs. Build and lead a strong team through growth and development to effectively provide updates and potential risks associated with inventory activities impacting financial results.
