Maintenance Technician

**Maintenance Technician**

**Shift:** 1st / 3rd Shift

**Pay:** $30-35 h/r

**Location:** Erlanger, KY

**Description:**

+ Maintains the quality and integrity of high speed packaging and end-of-line automation equipment to ensure good safe condition and operating order.

+ Provides technical support and hands-on guidance to supervisors and production department resources as required.

+ Supports safety, continuous improvement and other Lean Manufacturing projects

+ Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, controls and basic PLC problems with equipment, taking corrective action to minimize downtime

+ Electrical and mechanical installation of new equipment, including frequency drives, HMI, pneumatic, hydraulic and compressed air

+ Support high speed flow wrappers, vertical baggers, and pick-and-place robots.

+ Ensure that all equipment is mechanically & electrically maintained by following a CMMS preventative maintenance program.
