\nUnder general supervision, the **Project & Program Manager** is the primary contact for Surveillance Product implementations. The Project Manager works directly with Client and Internal team members to ensure projects are delivered on time and in scope.
\n
\n**Duties and responsibilities**
\n
\nIn this role, the Project & Program Manager will help customers succeed by performing the following:
\n
\n+ Provide outstanding client service and detailed Project Management.
\n
\n+ Work closely with both internal and external resources to achieve effective and efficient implementations.
\n
\n+ Build relationships over the phone with Clinical and IT professionals.
\n
\n+ Manage sensitive data in a HIPAA-compliant environment.
\n
\n+ Lead system requirements review, critical design review, test readiness review and post-implementation review.
\n
\n+ Act as an advocate for our products and project management process.
\n
\n+ Host internal and client meetings creating appropriate presentations.
\n
\n+ Keep project plans, issues list and status documentation up to date.
\n
\n+ Work towards company defined metric goals.
\n
\n**Job Qualifications**
\n
\nEducation:
\n
\n+ BS/BA in business administration, management information systems or other related degree required
\n
\nExperience:
\n
\n+ 2 - 4 years of experience in project management or an equivalent role or Master's Degree and 0 - 2 years related experience
\n
\n+ Experience implementing software preferred
\n
\n+ Experience managing mid-sized projects and juggling multiple projects at once
\n
\n+ Healthcare experience preferred
\n
\n**Travel Requirements**
\n
\n+ No travel required.
\n
\n**Working Conditions**
\n
\n+ Normal office environment.
\n
