**Maintenance Mechanic**

**Job Description**

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Technician will be responsible for day-to-day equipment preventative maintenance and troubleshooting at facilities. Execute preventative maintenance programs as per schedule on all equipment, building, and machinery. Conduct diagnostic checks, troubleshooting, and repair for all equipment (mechanical, electrical, and programmable logic controllers).

**Skills**

+ Mechanical Aptitude from previous maintenance position or transferable field (aviation and automotive)

+ Ability to troubleshoot and repair Mechanical issues

+ Ability to troubleshoot and repair basic electrical/3 phase motors

+ Ability to work with electronics and/or PLC's

**Work Site**

This is a fully on-site position in Swedesboro, New Jersey.

**Work Environment**

Food Processing Plant - Cold Temp, 35 degrees. Maintenance shops not cold. Two buildings, will work in both, right across the street from each other. Production floor, wet, cold, and working around food
