Maintenance Technician

**Industrial Maintenance Technician | Start $38-40/hr**

**Job Description:**

+ The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of our industrial equipment, with a focus on conveyor systems, electrical troubleshooting (480V), PLCs, and assembly processes. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong technical experience and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on conveyor systems and other industrial equipment.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues, including 480V systems.

+ Program, troubleshoot, and maintain PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers).

+ Assemble, install, and maintain machinery and equipment.

+ Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues.

+ Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.

+ Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.

+ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

**Qualifications:**

+ Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.

+ Strong knowledge of conveyor systems and industrial maintenance.

+ Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, including 480V systems.

+ Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting.

+ Skilled in the assembly and installation of machinery and equipment.

+ Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

+ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

+ Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
