- Participates and contributes to continuous improvement projects to drive efficiency.
- Maintains a positive team morale with an open atmosphere of teamwork and cooperation.
- Acts as the subject expert for assembly processes.
- Maintains punctual, regular, and predictable attendance; works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
- Respectfully takes direction from the Cell Leader and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

- Ability to read and interpret engineered drawings and diagrams
- Experience with hand tools and small power tools
- Knowledge of SAP and ERP systems
- Ability to lead and supervise a small group
- Good communication skills
- Ability to motivate and build team morale
