TALENT TEMPORARY WORKFORCE: Lead Specialist, Learning & Development

This is a temporary salaried opportunity to join Deloitte Services LP for a short-term assignment. Temporary employees are not eligible for Deloitte's health benefits, life insurance, PTO or subsidies offered through the Health & Fitness program. They are, however, covered under Deloitte's Business Travel Accident policy and may participate in Before-Tax Transit benefits.

We are currently seeking a candidate to fill our Lead Specialist, Learning & Development role between November 1, 2024 and May 30, 2025 for our Consulting Learning & Development team.

Work you'll do

You will actively participate in projects focused on aligning learning and development solutions with business priorities. Responsibilities may include:

+ Plan, execute and operationalize development programs and processes

+ Assist in the creation and development of various learning programs and training experiences, to help Deloitte personnel develop the capabilities and knowledge needed to grow at Deloitte

The Successful Candidate Will Possess:

+ Excellent communication and influencing skills to communicate effectively and credibly, both verbally and in writing, with audiences at all management levels

+ Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fast-paced, complex, and matrixed virtual environment

+ Ability to manage ambiguity across multiple priorities and to know when to escalate issues for final resolution

+ Strong understanding of adult learning principles/previous instructional design experience, a plus

+ Experience working in a learning and development organization is beneficial

+ Prior consulting or professional services experience, preferred

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $72,900-$134,300.
