Overview:

**This position is eligible for a 15% PRN differential on top of the base rate of pay!**

We values our incredible Certified Nursing Assistants and want to ensure they practice at top of their license to better optimize their skills and experience. We've also developed a career path framework for CNAs that clarifies paths to move, develop and advance CNA careers into nursing and other roles. The Certified Nursing Assistants provides direct and indirect nursing care under the direction of a RN and in accordance with policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

+ State registered CNA license required

+ High School diploma or GED required

+ Graduate of a Nursing Assistant Program required

+ Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) Training preferred. CPI training required if sitting with M-1 holds

+ Six months previous CNA experience preferred

+ Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

+ Basic computer skills

+ Previous customer service experience preferred

Physical Requirements - Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)
