**Job Title: Tube Mill Operator**

**Job Description**

Seeking a skilled Tube Mill Operator to join our team. The role involves handling 4 critical areas of operation. Initially, you will use an overhead crane/hoist to load 3" wide spools of metal into our 50-yard long tube mill machine. You will be trained to set up, adjust, and operate the machine, which manufactures metal inserts for the core department. Key responsibilities include folding, soldering/welding, cutting metal to length, and performing constant quality checks using micrometers, calipers, and gauges. Additionally, maintaining cleanliness at the solder station to ensure machine efficiency and bundling and packaging the final product are part of the duties. The ideal candidate should possess critical thinking and mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot issues with the older machinery.

**Hard Skills**
