OTR Class A Truck Driver
We are seeking experienced Over-the-Road (OTR) Truck Drivers for our fleet. This role is perfect for dedicated and professional drivers looking to explore the open road across the 48 contiguous states.
Key Highlights:
- Home Time: Out for 12 days, home for 2.
- Coverage: Primarily East of I-35, but you ll go wherever the freight takes you.
- Mileage: Drivers average 2,200 miles per week.
- Pay: .50-.60 cpm based on Experience
- Freight: 100% no-touch freight; 50-60% drop & hook, 40-50% live unload.
- Equipment: Drive 2021 or newer Cascadia Freightliners or Kenworth trucks.
- Dispatch: No forced dispatch into NYC or its five boroughs.
- Support: 24/7 access to operations specialists ready to assist you.
- Experience minimum of 3 monthsAdditional Benefits:
- Length of Haul: Average of over 600 miles per trip.
- Vacation Package:
- 1 year = 1 week
- 3 years = 2 weeks
- 7 years = 3 weeks
- 15 years = 4 weeks
- Compensation:
- Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after the second hour.
- Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day.
- Mileage Bonus: 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity.Requirements:
