Responsibilities
- Drive flatbed trucks throughout the Lower 48, with an emphasis on the Western and Southern States.
- Deliver loads as far north as Washington and as far south as New Mexico for regional Western lanes.
- Deliver loads as far south as San Antonio and as far east as Memphis for regional Southern lanes.
- Participate in expanded OTR lanes, covering a wide variety of runs throughout the lower 48.
- Ensure load security and comply with load securement knowledge requirements.
- Operate new automatic trucks equipped with premium interiors, ELSs, Prepass, Qualcomm, and Transflow.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including rider and pet policies.
- Maintain electronic logs and PREPASS for efficient route management.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely deliveries.
Qualifications
Required
- 1 year OTR Flatbed Truck Driving Experience
- Load Securement Knowledge
- Valid Class A CDL
- Willingness to be on the road for 7 or more days at a time
- At Least 23 years old
- No DUI, DWI, or Reckless driving charges within the last 5 years
- Hazmat Endorsement or willingness to obtain Hazmat within 90 days of hire

Immediate Openings - Flatbed Truck Drivers Driving Throughout the Lower 48 with an emphasis on the Western and Southern States.
Truck Driver Pay & Bonuses
- Base CPM is based on your overall driving experience
- Competitive Mileage Pay Range $1,100 to $1,800 weekly
- Sign-On Bonus - $5,000
- Performance Bonuses - mileage, idle, fuel efficiency, extra stops, etc.
- Experience Bonuses - longevity, Hazmat endorsement, veterans, and more
- NEW Flatbed Seasonal Tarp Pay Policy
- Effective immediately, all tarped loads that deliver on or after December 15th through March 15th, and all loads that deliver on or after June 15th through September 15th, will be paid at $100.
- All tarped loads that deliver before or after these seasonal time frames, will be paid at the normal rate of $80
Road & Home
- Regional Western Lanes - deliveries as far north as Washington and as far south as New Mexico. Most runs are along I-15/84, I-5, I-10, and I-70.
- Regional Southern Lanes - deliveries as far south as San Antonio and as far east as Memphis. Most runs are within 500 miles of Dallas.
- Expanded OTR Lanes - wide variety of runs available throughout all of the lower 48
- Dependable Home Time - two full days every 7-10 days
- Rider Policy - after 3 months with Andrus' permission
- Pet Policy - pets are allowed from your first load
Equipment & Support
- New Automatic Trucks Freightliners and Volvos no older than 3 years
- Fully Loaded with premium interiors, ELSs, Prepass, Qualcomm, and Transflow
- Personal Fleet Manager you'll be known by name at Andrus and have support where ever you are and whenever you need it

Requirements:
- 1 year OTR Flatbed Truck Driving Experience
