Qualifications:
Be the Best Home Health Clinician You Can Be

If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!

• Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing or therapy.
• One (1) year experience as an RN, LVN, PT or OT.

Required Certifications and Licensures:

• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse, L icensed Vocational Nurse, Physical Therapist or Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of agency operation.
• Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role.
• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order. Ability to travel to all business locations.
