Responsibilities

• Leading cross-functional collaboration with engineering, international supply chain teams, and business development to ensure uninterrupted supply and reduce production disruptions for our clients.
• Overseeing physical inventory and cycle count processes, working closely with the warehouse manager to enhance operational efficiency.
• Updating and refining inventory control procedures, instructions, and tools.
• Implementing new processes and enhancing existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinating and facilitating meetings with customers and team members.
• Communicating quarterly pricing updates to all clients.
• Preparing monthly sales audits and spreadsheets to ensure accurate invoicing and pricing.
• Conducting annual performance reviews for team members and providing feedback to HR and leadership.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in supply chain, procurement, or operations.
• 2+ years of team management experience.
• Proficient in data analysis, process flow creation, and SOP development.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); NetSuite experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Results-oriented, self-managed, and a team player.

Preferred

• Experience in demand planning and forecasting.
