JOB TITLE: Onsite Training Ambassador (Travel Required)

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

This exciting mission is to develop the product knowledge of our customers nationwide. Well-trained customers are happier and more successful using our platform. You will both create content and deliver onsite training to internal and external audiences. This is a highly visible entry-level role that will require close collaboration with our internal teams - and of course, our customers. You will maintain a presence at customer locations around the country, training site personnel in the application process of our technology and products. This position provides extensive domestic travel opportunities.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Train customers and become an expert in the mechanical application and installation of our products nationwide
• Complete soft status reports detailing customer visits and training
• Schedule travel to and from customer locations as needed
• Working in a warehouse / industrial / fulfillment / manufacturing / cross dock environment at customer locations

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB

• Mechanical & technical acumen
• Strong technical inclination and a desire to learn continuously
• Willingness to collaborate in one-on-one and group settings
• Industry experience in logistics, supply chain, material handling, shipping, receiving, industrial packaging, intermodal transportation, 3PL warehousing would be beneficial
• Customer interaction experience
• Great communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• A positive attitude, hard work ethic, enjoyment of collaborative teamwork, self-motivation,
• Strong organizational and schedule management skills
