Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, computer engineering, or relevant field.
  • A minimum of 7 years experiences in a similar role
  • Good understanding of IT terminologies, Agile, and SDLC.
  • Must be a self-starter and problem solver.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent documentation skills using MS Office Suits.
  • Bilingual (Korean) Highly preferred

Full Job Description

The BA & QA is crucial in an organization by liaising between IT teams and business stakeholders. Pay range is $35 - $40 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
