  • Assist Project Team in setting up new job profiles/budgets.
  • Assist Project Team in preparing Subcontractor Lists.
  • Assist Project Team in setting up Submittal Logs, Shop Drawings, RFIs, and Change Order Requests.
  • Track insurance, contracts, and bond information, as necessary.
  • Assist Project Team in obtaining documents and preparing Close-Outs.
  • Assist Project Team in tracking Subcontract / Vendor invoicing.
  • Coordinate project meetings and taking Meeting Minutes.
  • Assist with the evaluation and validation of change orders.
  • Assist in development and maintaining Master Project Schedule and 2/3 week look-ahead schedule(s).
  • Assist with development of takeoffs utilizing estimating software.
  • Assist with preparation of weekly reports.
  • Assist with preparation of project punch-list and distribution/tracking to ensure completion.
  • Coordinate permit process with local municipality and subcontractor documentation.
  • Attend & coordinate weekly meetings as needed (safety, owner, progress, close-out, etc.).

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or Civil Engineering preferred, or equivalent years’ experience in Construction-related field.
  • Two to five year’s industry experience.
  • Team oriented and ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in Procore, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project (preferred).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion or willingness to learn about Construction.

They will be responsible for tracking and managing schedules, budgets, data collection, and client correspondence for fast track projects to ensure project deadlines and client requests are met in a timely manner.
