About the Role:

We are on the hunt for an experienced Construction Project Manager with a proven track record in ground-up construction, particularly in hotels and apartment complexes. Based in Hollywood, Florida, this role is pivotal in managing the end-to-end process of high-profile projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of all phases of ground-up construction projects for hotels and apartment complexes, from pre-construction through to close-out.
• Manage subcontractors and trades, ensuring seamless coordination across all project phases.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules to meet tight deadlines and critical milestones.
• Lead a diverse team of professionals, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring top-tier collaboration and execution.
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams, field staff, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Uphold rigorous safety and quality standards throughout the construction process.
• Oversee procurement, ensuring that materials, equipment, and labor are delivered efficiently.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to key stakeholders, offering insights and addressing any challenges.
• Prepare and manage construction budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and transparency.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager, specializing in ground-up construction for hotels and apartment complexes.
• Proven success in managing large-scale, high-value commercial projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and systems specific to hospitality and multi-family residential projects.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in project management software and scheduling tools.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and complex building specifications.
• In-depth knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and ground-up construction challenges.
• Experience working with high-end clients and collaborative design teams is highly valued.
