  • Update customer data and produce activity reports

  • Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
  • Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations
  • Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure
  • Recommended procedure modifications or improvements
  • Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products and services

Qualifications

Required

  • Proven working experience in providing Help Desk support
  • Proficiency in English AND Spanish
  • Working knowledge of help desk software
  • MAGAYA CRM, Mangmage Data Mining tools and Applicaitions, SQL
  • Print Drives and software support
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • Customer service orientation

Preferred

  • BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent is preferred

Help desk specialist to provide technical support to users in an efficient and accurate manner. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.96 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week

  • Day shift 8:30AM - 1PM
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekdays
