Full Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Service Desk Agent to support one of our clients. This role will be a year long contract, with renewals and permanent hire potential. This will be remote, but does need to be within a 30-45 min commute to East Rutherford, NJ incase onsite support is needed. This is going to be a 8PM - 8AM night shift opportunity.


Must Haves:

  • At least 1 year of prior experience working with incident ticketing system and event management (internship or school is fine)
  • Proficient with MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint Critical thinking skills Professional communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Must be eligible to clear a Public Trust Clearance process & can pass a background check.
  • Comfortable working night shift 8 PM – 8AM


Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
