  • Align plant activities with the business plan, setting and monitoring key performance indicators.
  • Manage process technology to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Adapt and revise business objectives as necessary to meet evolving goals.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent experience is also valued.
  • 10+ years of automotive general/plant management experience with extensive plastic injection molding and leadership experience.
  • Minimum of ten years in a related role, preferably within the plastics manufacturing industry.
  • Proven supervisory experience with a track record of leading large teams in a manufacturing setting.
