As a Laboratory Technician at HCLTech, you will perform a variety of tests on biological tissues, including mechanical strength, biocompatibility, degradation, and chemical composition. Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of tests on biological tissues, including mechanical strength, biocompatibility, degradation, and chemical composition.
- Accurately document experimental procedures and results in compliance with laboratory protocols and regulatory standards.
- Support on DV testing including Developing Test matrix and report generation.
- Draft and review documentation/Protocol related to procedures, special instruction & reports etc.
- Design and execute laboratory testing according to standard procedures, make observations and interpret findings.
- Conduct experiments under defined conditions to verify/reject various types of hypotheses using refined scientific methods.
- Record all data and results in specified forms (paper and electronic) with accuracy and responsibility.
- Perform data analysis using statistical software to interpret test results and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure that all safety guidelines are followed strictly at all times and maintain a clean and orderly environment.
- Ensure all testing protocols meet relevant quality standards (e.g., GLP, ISO) and regulatory guidelines.
